Long before it had a name, it was already a way of life.

No superb adventure motorcycles, no GPS or mobile phones, no specialised equipment or expensive helmets... only a passion for exploration and adventure, a crumpled map and our small single-cylinder makeshift enduro as a companion...

In the late 1970s, there was no reason to prove to anyone where you had been.
There was no audience waiting to applaud. There was only the next route, the next summit,
the next dirt road whose destination you did not know.

We travelled because every new route held a small promise of something we had not yet experienced.

Perhaps that was where, without realising it, a philosophy was born that still guides us today.

FROM THE ROAD

The best ideas were not born in the workshop.

They were born out there.

On dirt roads, in rain and snow, on trails that did not exist on maps and on journeys that ended only when darkness fell.

Whenever something failed to work as it should, we did not look for excuses. We designed a better solution.
